"Incredibly bad customer service. I have nothing but a simple renter's policy here and they wrote me two policies for one unit and caused literal months of headaches trying to get it fixed. They're very unresponsive: for example, I initially called and texted the office to flag the issue, was told they were working on it, and never heard back. To get the issue fixed I had to spend a lot of my own time chasing them down, following up, and following up yet again when the issue kept dragging on. I would strongly advise choosing a different agency/agent."
